Terms and Conditions

1. All Australian residents who complete the entry form in full for the Competition between 13 November 2007 at 12am (AEST) and 30 November 2007 at 11.59pm (AEST) (the “competition period”), are eligible to win.

2. Entrants must reside in Australia. Employees and subcontractors of Taffeta Wedding Emporium and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition, nor are employees, experts, strategic partners or their immediate families.

3. The Competition will run for the Competition Period.

4. The winner will be decided on the day following the last day of the Competition Period at 10am Melbourne time, or the next business day, whichever is the sooner.

5. The winner of the Competition will win a double DVD pack including a copy of "What Women Want" and "The Wedding Planner" on DVD.

6. Total Prize Value: $39.95

7. This prize is not redeemable for cash.

8. The prize is not transferable.

9. The winner of the Competition will be decided by the staff of Taffeta, who will judge each individual 25 words or less submission on its individual merit. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The winner will be notified by email after the winner is decided.

11. The winner's details will be published on the Taffeta Wedding Emporium website on the day the winner is drawn. Notification of this news item will be posted on the ‘Messages from Taffeta Admin' forum on the Taffeta Wedding Emporium website.

12. All of the 25 words or less entries may be used by Taffeta Wedding Emporium in further promotional activity.

13. If the winner cannot be contacted, Taffeta Wedding Emporium will retain the prize for a period of 14 days. After such time, if the winner still has not come forward to claim the prize, the remaining 25 words or less entries submitted during the competition period will be re-judged including the quality of forum posts, and a new winner decided that way.
